Brushes

Whether deburring, honing or polishing, René Gerber AG provides the right brush for your specific application.
Our standard brushes are available in diameters of Ø300 mm and Ø380 mm. Additional sizes include Ø260, Ø420 and Ø500 mm. Other dimensions are available upon request.

Deburring
Precise deburring requires a brush that is perfectly matched to the size and characteristics of the burrs. Depending on the material and application requirements, silicon carbide or ceramic abrasive brushes with grit sizes ranging from K80 to K600 are used.
This ensures reliable burr removal without affecting the workpiece geometry.

Honing
Precision honing is considered the ultimate challenge in brush-based surface finishing. Success depends on the perfect combination of grit size, abrasive material, filament diameter and machine parameters. With our extensive expertise, we help you find the optimal combination of these factors.

Polishing
During brush polishing, each filament precisely adapts to the surface contours, making this process ideal for fine structures and complex geometries.
Diaflex diamond brushes and natural hair brushes combined with diamond polishing pastes are used to achieve outstanding surface finishes.
