The BS EcoX and the BS Eco are powerful through-feed brush polishing machines equipped with one or two planetary brush heads, specifically designed for polishing applications and deburring applications involving larger burrs. Through the optimized, efficient, and targeted use of our in-house brush technology, these machines enable cost-effective, single-sided processing of parts with a nominal maximum diameter of up to Ø 250 mm.

Thanks to their state-of-the-art technology, the BS EcoX and the BS Eco are ideal solutions for demanding deburring and surface polishing applications. Two processes in one pass
  • The BS EcoX and the BS Eco are ideally suited for processing precision components such as stamped and fine-blanked parts, flat turned and milled components, sintered parts, as well as laser-cut and waterjet-cut parts.
  • The machines are also suitable for polishing indexable inserts, both before and after surface coating.

  • The BS EcoX and the BS Eco are space-saving solutions designed to deliver maximum throughput when deburring and polishing precision components.
  • Magnetic or chain belt conveyors have optimum holding with workpiece carriers, cages, or nests.
  • The conveyor system can be easily adapted to the parts, and the programmable Z-axes of the brush heads allow for processing a variety of different part heights.
